Dovetail Games has announced it will delist Train Sim World 2 from the Xbox Store in September, making way for its next game, Train Sim World 3, which is launching into Xbox Game Pass.

As per a post on the Train Sim World 3 website, Dovetail Games says Train Sim World 2 will be delisted from all platforms on September 6th, which is the same day Train Sim World 3 launches and joins Xbox Game Pass.

Train Sim World 2 to be delisted from digital storefronts soon

"On September 6th, you will no longer see Train Sim World 2 on your preferred platform store page, and you will only see Train Sim World 3, the new editions and most of the add-ons from Train Sim World history," Dovetail says. "This doesn't mean Train Sim World 2 will disappear from your library, it just means you won't be able to purchase it in store."
