Easy Gamerscore: 15 quick completions from the latest Xbox sales

Luke Albigés - August 30th 2022

This week's Xbox deals don't offer as much in the way of quick completions as we've seen in recent sales, but there are still 15 games featured that should offer an easy Gamerscore boost... check them out here!

It's a little quieter than previous weeks' sales in terms of quick and easy games, sure, but hopefully a few of these will scratch the itch and help you grow your Gamerscore without too much difficulty. As ever, we've linked to each game's hub, where you'll find achievement lists, guides, and full walkthroughs (where available). We've also detailed this week's easiest, cheapest, and highest-rated games below the table.

Quickest Xbox game completions from the latest sales

Aery - Vikings

The easiest discounted Xbox game in this week's sale looks to be Aery - Vikings going purely by TA ratio, with the story-driven flight exploration adventure sitting at just 1.06 as the lowest of the bunch. If speed is more important to you than difficulty, it seems The Skylia Prophecy could be a better option, since its ratio is only slightly higher than Aery's, and it can apparently be clocked inside of an hour.

WeakWood Throne

This week's cheapest quick completion is basic action-RPG WeakWood Throne, yours for just $2.49/£2.09/€2.49 at 50% off, although the TA user rating of just 2.13/5 might make you question whether even that price might be a little steep. For something a little better at a similarly low price, you may want to consider The Great Perhaps, a simple and quick adventure with a higher rating of 3.14/4, and only slightly more expensive at $2.99/£2.51/€2.99 with 70% off.

Hoa

Quaint adventure Hoa is the best-rated bargain easy completion this week, although you can tell from the fact that the highest-scoring game only comes in with a score of 3.29/5 that this isn't exactly a vintage week. The extremely low player count makes it difficult to glean too much from the rest of its data, but the few estimates we do have put it around a 2-3-hour completion. Just behind Hoa with a score of 3.21 is Lost Artifacts: Golden Island, so maybe give that a try if a simple management game sounds more your speed.
