The stylish first-person shooter Deathloop is set to join Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass on September 20th, Microsoft has announced.

Deathloop joins Xbox Game Pass on September 20th

Deathloop released this time last year on PS5 as a timed console exclusive, but now that the exclusivity period has lapsed, Xbox players will finally be able to get in on the action.

Deathloop is a time-looping first-person shooter from developer Arkane Lyon and publisher Bethesda. The game is set on the island of Blackreef where the same day repeats over and over again. Playing as Colt, it's your job to break the loop by assassinating eight targets dotted around the island before the day resets. Weapons, gadgets, and the knowledge you pick up on each loop carries across to the next, but you'll need to watch your back as the dedicated assassin Julianna will be hunting you.

Deathloop is also getting the free Golden Loop update on all platforms, which includes new enemies, new upgrades, a new weapon, cross-platform matchmaking, and an extended ending.

We don't yet have the Deathloop achievements, but we do have the Deathloop trophies over on TT, so give those a look to see what you'll be going up against for the completion.
